Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Insider Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. No Financial Advice
Insider Tracker is an informational platform only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any other type of professional advice. All information displayed is for educational and informational purposes only. Do not make investment decisions based solely on information in this App. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of disclosed portfolios does not guarantee future results.
3. Use of Public Data
All portfolio, transaction, and holding data in Insider Tracker is sourced exclusively from legally required public disclosures, including SEC filings and Congressional financial disclosures. We do not use, distribute, or enable trading based on material non-public information. Any resemblance to actual private trading strategies is coincidental and derived solely from publicly available records.
4. Estimates and Accuracy
Portfolio values, returns, and performance metrics shown in the App are estimates reconstructed from public disclosures. They may not reflect actual portfolio performance due to timing differences, undisclosed positions, or estimation errors. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed.
5. Accounts
You may create an account using a phone number, Apple ID, Google account, or X (Twitter) account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App via Settings → Delete account.
6. Subscription and Billing
Premium features of Insider Tracker require a paid, auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings, in the Subscriptions section — no action is required from us to cancel. • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription. • No refund will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation; refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the App for any illegal purpose • Attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute any data from the App without permission • Circumvent any access controls or security measures • Use the App to engage in market manipulation or insider trading • Impersonate any person or entity in connection with your use of the App
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of Insider Tracker, S.L. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission. Public domain data sourced from government filings remains in the public domain.
9. Apple App Store Terms
This section applies if you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store and, to the extent of any conflict, takes precedence over other sections of these Terms. • This agreement is between you and Insider Tracker, S.L. only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. • Your license to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on an Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. • We, not Apple, are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App and for addressing any claims relating to it, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims. • In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. • You must comply with any applicable third-party agreement when using the App (for example, your wireless data service agreement). • Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insider Tracker, S.L. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any investment losses incurred as a result of relying on information presented in the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
